Wanted internet marketing mentor

I've been on the internet a while and I'm ready to launch my first ebook. I'm currently putting together the sales letter, I've got some u tube videos, etc. However, I would like to work with someone who could help me put together a campaign to maximise my profits. I had a mentor previously but didnt complete the book on time so now I'm on my own. Problem is I don't have a budget to pay what the big guys charge and don't have thousands of dollars. however maybe there is someone new to mentoring who could do this on a budget in return for great testimonials assuming I make a success.
