Has anyone here recently switch /recently left or is a bg customer
The reason I ask is I used to be a gb gas till they completely scr=wed f=c=d up my account ,tried to leave and it took me 4 months of arguing telephone calls to finally get rid of them ..now their rates are cheaper + you get 10,000 nectar points for returning ..I am in no hurry to leave if they are still cr1p but if they are I might just might think about returning

I left them about 4 months ago - my direct debit payment crept up to £125 a month, punched in the numbers to a comparison site and am now with egf and paying £57 a month and it is covering my useage.
