Hi guys .. I use paypal only as a payment option and am looking out for another option that is easy to use but doesn't cost a fortune ,have tried google checkout but it looks like you can't integrate it into your site ,have also looked at nochex but they want £50 upfront payment ,sagepay is also not cheap
what other options do I have that are compatible with zencart and is easy/cheap to operate like paypal
thanks

You can use NoChex for purchases under £100 with just a free seller account. I use Google Checkout as well, it just allows customers to pay without having to register with you, for some people that's a serious bonus. It still means your site picks up on the transaction and notifies you.

I use nochex, and it can be a right pain in the backside sometimes unless you have a merchant account rather than the seller account.
A normal seller account can't do partial refunds, can only accept transactions of under £100 and only within UK. If your dropshipper accepts nochex, you wont be able to use your seller account, as, as the name suggests it is only for selling, you cant buy anything with it.
I have never looked at moneybookers but my interest was perked when Prestashop intergrated it into their next version, so might take a look.

That's not my experience. I keep mine as a seller account ( I have used some code to stop it from appearing where orders come to more than 99GBP) and regularly use it to pay for goods and services with and without money in the account. A number of members use NoChex in the same way.

That is strange! I've just been on the site to see if there is any reason why that might happen and it doesn't discuss making payments with a seller account AFAICS.
I've had a look at Moneybookers, not keen on some of the charges for chargebacks, withdrawals and sending money especially when you pay a monthly fee on top. I couldn't discover if customers had to pay a 1% fee as well?
