data feeds (again)

OK Is there anyway to get a data feed from my site ,so I can upload it to another site that only requests datafeeds :(
I have found 1

but it looks rather difficult to implement and not sure if it would work

What site wants a datafeed and in what format? If it's XML is there a dtd file for it?

Like anything you need to be looking at it from a cost/benefit point of view - i.e. how much effort is required to implement (and what it will cost) compared to the value it gives you.

ciao-group is 1 they want a image url which can't be done with easy populate ...well I can't see a way to get a picture url
I have also just found out that even though I have google base installed my products are still not showing up even though I get a successful upload on zencart
