forgotten password

Hi
I've looked on the zencart site but can't seem to find a valid response (only old versions) of my error which I have come across accidentally
I was trying to use my customer account but had forgotten my password ,so retrieved it but it always says "There was a security error when trying to login".
I can't remember if this is the usual error or something different ,have tried it on ff and ie with same results cleared cache etc and tried a few new passwords ,also tried manually entering
but works fine if you make a new account ,it will work until you log out and you can't get back in again

Not sure I understand what you're meaning - what version of Zen are you using, and what are the exact steps you're taking to get the error?

Hi

try and sign in as customer . password fails ..press retrieve password check email for new password ... copy/paste & manual still can't sign in as a customer ..repeat and still can't log in
