Sorry I may have misread but what do you mean to ask?

Which cart is easy to use?

or

Which cart is the best you have used?

Two different things in my book.

How will you distinguish between easy or best?

I'm sorry I'm not trying to be difficult but sometimes what's easy isn't the right cart or it is merely a cart we are familiar with. It by no means indicates the best cart for a business. Sometimes we choose a cart based on previous experience and not because it does the best job.

Magento is a powerful shopping cart but  it's not an easy cart or 100% user friendly, you have to learn to use it, but once you got all the curves, you will be pleased enough. Actually some people leave it because they don't have time to learn.

Hi

I have used both Magento and PrestaShop for clients.

Magento is a very flexible platform yet as said by all a very steep learning curve.

PrestaShop a great all round platform very user friendly admin, easy to learn at all levels of IT ability.

Both platforms have a good support but I would say PrestaShop has a better catalogue of extensions and Mods

Obviously Magento because Magento is a free to use open source web development software which does not need any monthly fee like other shopping cart software. This feature is one of the unique features of the Magneto which attracts consumers to optimize for customized application development services.

To develop a Magento site is somewhat harder than developing other platforms, but Magento Extensions and the Extension Community have set platform apart from others in developing the site with best features.

Don't remember paying to use Oscommerce, Zencart, Prestashop or cubecart
