Just thought i would share my experiences with the dropshipper partydropship.com with you guys.

I emailed on several occasions before deciding to use them, and has prompt replies from Eoin, I placed an order on 22nd October and emailed asking for estimated delivery time as it was a halloween costume so was obviously needed by 31st.
There were a couple of other little bits on the order, all including the costume were supposed to have 20 in stock.

I got an email back saying it would be posted on the Monday (25th) or latest Tuesday depending on how busy they were.

I emailed them on Wednesday to see what had happened, no reply. I emailed them on Thursday, no reply, i emailed them on Friday, you guessed it, no reply.  grrrr

No reply today either. I don't believe they have any stock at all, otherwise I'm sure they would have posted it.

So, now have to go to Visa to try and get my money back as they don't look like they are going to refund me. No wonder they don't accept paypal as a payment method. They did spin me some crap about paypal freezing their account, I'm not supprised as they were obviously getting complaints from customers not receiving their orders.

So that's my experience, if anyone else has used them feel free to post your own opinions.

To be honest Lian thats not the first time that excuse has been used for the person running that business .....

And i have a client i have been working with for a while now that has just got stung too ... same story although the excuse was slightly different, blamed on a website change ...

i know the url has changed from super costumes to party dropship in the last month (cos im far too nosy for my own good ....)

I do believe they managed to get a refund though ...............
