Its been a long time since I had an ebay account. So bare with me.

What I want to know, is wen you make your first sale on ebay, how long is it before paypal will allow you to use the funds?
I'm not talking about withdrawing to my bank account, but rather buyibng and paying for services.

21 days or until you have had positive feedback from the buyer
