having a quick look through your site, and it looks like its a hosted solution, costing $4.99/Monthly plus a $35 set up fee plus a 0.9% Transaction Fee, and the amount of categories and products are limited depending on which price plan you choose

can I ask,
what is it about your zs cart that makes it worth the cost?
what features do you have as standard, what kind of support do you offer, and what happens when you want to move your store to a new host? would that even be possible? would customers have access to their own database?
How good is the security and do you offer secure certificates for your stores?

to be honest, it doesn't look much different to the majority of the open source carts available, and the admin panel demo doesn't show any of the functions, it just forwards you to the "my bills" section, which doesn't really help matters.

does that mean you're only allowed to take 500 orders through the store? how exactly does that work?

now there is nothing wrong with charging for a product or service, provided that the product or service is actually worth paying for, I cant see any benefits at all in the zs cart over an open source cart

According to the domain register this is owned by AJ Square - a diabolical company with very dubious ethics providing HYIP and MLM  products which they used to extract money from individuals with even less sense.
If this is indeed the same company I would not touch it with the proverbial bargepole.
