tempEP is in the wrong place, it should be in public_html/zencart
you'v got it in public_html/zencart/admin
having a look there, you'v got an admin directory in public_html that shouldnt be there, your zencart is installed in public_html/zencart so there should be no admin directory in public_html
whats in that admin directory?

sorry, thats me not paying attention, the tempEP folder is in the right place
if easy populate is showing in your admin under tools, the rest of the files should be in the right place,
did you finish the install?
go into admin>tools>easy populate and at the top of the page there should be a "click here" link to finish the install,
if you go into admin>tools>easy populate and it gives you a 404 error, there must be a file missing, check through the easy populate files and then have a look through your admin folder and check that all files have been uploaded,
by the way, you're not using mobile broadband are you? if you are, you will loose files on the upload, mobile broadband is crap for FTP it has a habit of missing files when uploading things, some times wireless connections can cause the same problems, files seem to just go missing when uploading mods and templates

theres no model number for that product,
you'll need to open the csv file and add in a model number into the first column I think it is,
it doesnt have to be any specific number, just as long as there is somthing in that field, easy populate wont add the product if the model numbers are missing, which is a bit of a pain in the ass to be honest,

if its scotties hosting your using, the 777 permissions have been sorted so you dont need to do that, it all runs on ownership of files now, so 777 should never be needed anymore
right, no model numbers are on any of the products, so its not importing them, and the column headers might not have the right names for your version of EP
download a csv file from your site for comparison, go to admin>tools>easy populate and click "Download Complete .csv file to edit"
it doesnt matter if there are no products on your store, its just the headings you'r after and how the csv file is layed out,
open the file and compare it with the one you are trying to upload and rename the column headers if they are different to the file your trying to use.
you dont need all the columns, the file you download from your site will have every column possible, you dont need them all, you only need the important ones.
after you'v checked all the headings, you will need to give every single product a model number, that is where the upload is failing, there are no product model numbers in any of the products, or if there are, then the column containing the model numbers is named something different to what your EP version would name that column, and its not recognising the model numbers and not uploading the products,
so in short, download a csv from your site, compare it with the csv file you'r trying to upload, rename the columns if they are different and add in the model numbers for each individual product, and if every product already has a model number, then double check the column headings as your EP is not recognising them

Did you unzip your CSV file before trying to upload it?
From experience that 'no model number' error also happens if you try to upload a zip file.
