Hiya guys!
Just a quick question!
I am adding products to the website, and was after opinions. They way my business works, I have a supplier who i work with and I can keep a small amount of stock. The supplier has no minimum order, and is just down the road so I can pick up as and when products are needed.
Am i better off just keeping the items which I have in stock on the site, or adding everything and just giving a longer lead time (with the added bonus of fast delivery if i happen to have the product in stock)?

entirely your choice , if you know your supplier personally and they are willing to help you out at short notice then there would be no harm in adding all of their stock , just bear in mind that you may end up refunding people if you cannot fulfil their orders , which isnt always best for business
