Just received this email and not very happy:

Dear Customer

We have decided to end our dropship program as from Monday 7th June as the business model is no longer viable. This decision has not been easy for us as we have made good friendships with many of you and really appreciate the business that has been generated and we thank you for your support.

You will probably be aware that the number of sales achieved has severly reduced over the last 12 months due to competition with new engraving companies on the scene. We are also aware of another major company called the Gift Effect which are shortly to introduce a similar line to what we offer in the near future to retail customers at much lower prices so we have decided to diversify away from the gift industry and focus on commercial applications.

As per our T&C's please can all images and descriptions which have been provided by us be removed from any websites/Ebay by the the 7th June.

Once again thank you for your support.

Many Thanks

Anybody else use these as suppliers???

Yep, I got my email this morning.  I'm not hugely bothered as I also use another supplier but sometimes there prices were cheaper than other places I use so I could pick and choose who I bought from.

At least they were honest enough to say it wasn't working for them and didn't just up and leave without letting us know  wink
