Google Analytics

Ok so i set up the Google Analytics  when i set up my website in February and checked it a few times to see how people were getting to my site etc and what differences there were compared to Google Analytics and my back office.

I tried to log into my account yesterday and it said i dont have one and i need to sign up, strange as i know i had one but google thinks i dont, Can anyone explain this, have i done something wrong and is it normal for your account to dissapear into thin air??

I tried to set it up again and put the code given where my last one was but this then makes half my website disappear dont know what is going wrong here but can anyone advise and explain exactly where my code should be placed.

I don't know about anyone else but when I've contacted the help desk I've usually had a comprehensive and helpful reply within 24 hours.

Seems odd that the system doesn't recognise your log in, have you tried clearing your cache and logging in again?
