What email handling programs (if any) do you guys use?

I have  3 email accounts - BT internet, Hotmail and the website domain one.  I have them all set to download into Windows Live Mail so I can check them all in one place.

Problem is that just recently for some reason, the program just shuts down for no reason.  This was also happening with my browser but since moving back to FF from Chrome, it doesnt seem to happen (as often LOL)

Ideas and suggestions greatly appreciated.

Bought incredimail a few years ago ,works pretty well as it automatically checks for emails at requested times ,although the only let down is that you have to buy the junkmail feature too which I refuse to do so you do get a lot of junk .There are not many decent programs out there but maybe it's time to find out if there is as it has been a while since I looked for an alternative

Mozilla Thunderbird is good if you want to download your e-mails to the one application, I don't like outlook and open email separately myself but I have used Thunderbird previously and it was a good easy to use application.

Any accounts you want to access from multiple computers collect using Imap
Take a look at www.zimbra.com - there is a free desktop application which works quite well
