How many hours a day do you work ??

I guess i work around the 15 hours a day 7 days a week. (or as my wife says, 25/8) In this time I also have to fit in my 3 kids youngest 6, (homework, football etc) my day is split 60% office based and 40% home office.

Like many of you, emails are sent to the iphone so always on the job. Infact last night i forgot my phone was in my trouser pocket and an email pinged through at 3.15am. I heard it and answered it. not a happy wife....

I usually start at around 7.30 and finish about 1am
I am a full time carer for my wife, on top of running the business, I also look after my own dog and 6 others at a neighbours croft - I route most of my calls and emails through to an Iphone so i can always be in touch.

Sometimes i find it real hard to get motivated to do the admin work as i am too busy with other stuff.

I work 8am till 12am (3 websites), at the same time i have to fit in the kids (currently 2 & 1 on the way  ), my  wife does help mega loads with anything and everything that's not business, so i guess i can't moan to much, lol.

A few years ago i was putting in 20 hours a day and spending no time at all with my family, this did cause problems though (can't really remember my sons first 2 years  ) so i have since cut down the hours a bit but also spend time with them as and when they need me (business might pay the bills, but family come first).

Currently working 40 hours a week on a contract, and after I go home and spend some time with the wife and daughter, it's back on the PC's until early hours....

I work 12 hour night shifts, then get home and work another three or four hours on my site.
Then I get up and work another two or three hours on it before heading off to work again.

I actually really enjoy it. 

I do wish there were more hours in the day to get it all done though.
