hi peeps
On my email on cpanel it says that my disk space is 78% full. does this mean when it gets to 100% i'll have no more room for emails? i've got things sorted into folders i don't know if that helps!
thanks in advance

Yip when its 100% full emails will be bounced back to sender, folders won't change that, they are still included in the disc space quota, you can change how much space an email account can use, via Cpanel ;) give that email address more disc space

Ahh, I've found some same problems with my HTC
It tells the server (where the emails are) if I've read a mail on my phone but the phone doesn't pay any attention to whether I've read the email on the server or not.

Those problems are caused by the way the phone handles the mails, which isn't very well, regardless of what smart phone you use , they don't like webmail that much.
Easier to just sign in to the webmail panel via the internet and not use the naitive mail function on the phone, works faster aswell

Have you got a hotmail account or similar? If you do, send a mail to that email address and see if you get a failed message, it should have details about why the mail wasn't received

You had your email account set to 250Mb - for now I have changed this to be able to use your entire website quota so you wont lose any emails in the process of sorting out what you want to do
Sorry Rainee and Seamus, just jumped in to help
