So... a year later, was this any use?

I see the scheme is still runing but has changed to 1 year free instead of 2.

Wanting to dip a toe into the world of websites instead of just my facebook page, would this be an easy, straight forward starting point before hopefully, moving to something bigger and better?

1) You cant get a .co.uk for 1 year - they are only available on 2 year registrations
2) The hosting has been shown to be cwap and basic
