the password for your email account , it will have been priovided by bryon in the first instance and you would have needed it for outlook so you should have it somewhere , pop3 is the next option i think (will go double check )

In simple terms
PoP = logging in to mail account collecting mail and downloading to your local computer and then emails are deleted of the server

Imap = Mail folder are operated from the server, this way you can have multiple devices all working on the same account, emails remain on the server and need to be deleted when no longer required - Imap is the best solution but you need to be religious with housekeeping of the email else you will run over quota easily

Your password is your email password, username is same as the email address you set up - incoming and outgoing mailservers are mail.yourdomain.co.uk <- replace yourdomain.co.uk with your own

your wordpress login details will only let you log into your wordpress admin panel, every other password will be seperate.

Usually you will have three sets of passwords, one for the admin on your site (wp), another for FTP and Cpanel and a totally seperate password for your email account.

great

Have you actually created an email account through Cpanel yet ? if not send me a support ticket and I can create it for you if you want and give you the settings - BTW "Delete email from server - Never" is a sure fire way of filling your quota
