if you have a mail account set up by your host already (knowing who your host is)

you can access via www.yourdomain.co.uk/webmail  (replace your domain with your own domain obviously)

enter email address & password provided and bingo !

If you dont then you need to access your cpanel and make one :o)

if you are copying and pasting your password make sure you are not catching a space at the end of it , that will be enough to not let you in , or try typing it without copying and pasting ;o)

Tracey
Cpanel is www.sunrisecards.co.uk/cpanel - this will direct you to the secure login
Username is sunrisec  and then the password I gave you

Are you getting any errors - i.e. page not found or is it telling you the information is wrong?
