Hello All

After some help please.

My domain - www.iheartmrfacey.co.uk is due to expire 20 June 2012, and I have googled how to renew it and Nominet says you need to go to your registrar listed on your WHOIS lookup, which is GBBO, but I'm not with them any more, I'm now with Rainee & Jamie. Who do I go to to get it registered, as it says I should register it within 6 months of the renewal date.

Many Thanks

Emma

the whois details for your domain is registered properly in your name, so there isnt an issue there, and the name servers have been changed to point to the new servers (new website) so it shouldnt really be any problem.
Was it you that changed the nameservers when the new site was built or was it your old host that changed that for you?

If it was your host, it should be easy enough to get them to change the tag, that way the domain can be moved into an account that you have control over.

Bryon will know alot more about this is as he deals with domains on a dayly basis.

It should be pretty easy to sort out ;)

It was GBBO that moved me over to Rainee, but I don't have any access to GBBO control panel any more (that was the only way to contact them) they had a form for contacting them

Will Bryon see this do you think or shall I email him?
