Hi

I am running jShop version 2.3 and I can't get my offer codes or automatic discounts to work. They will work on all products, but they will not let me pick particular products or product sections. I have checked the instructions and it seems my version isn't working properly.

Can anyone help please?

its not a cart I've had any experience of,
have you read through the docs to see if they are any help?

Failing that, I'd contact them via support and see what they say, it sounds like a simple fault to be honest.
