I've been having a good poke about at it

need to watch when upgrading to 1.5.x the admin directory stucture is slightly different which means old mods made for 1.3.x dont work without a small tweak on 1.5.x

there are a couple of wee changes, when installing from scratch, there is no need to go through any config files to change the admin directory name, you just change the name of the admin directory and the config files sort themselves out, which makes things slightly easier.

Is there any new features, and will it be worth upgrading?

New features, not really, worth upgrading, well from a security point of view yes, most of the new updates are based around better security, ie forms and inputs, all forms and input fields now need security tokens, if you use the standard zencart code to build forms and input fields, all the security tokens are taken care of for you.

I would say wait till all the mods you use have been upgraded to work on the new version before you upgrade.
Any mod that adds an extra page in admin will need upgraded or it won't work on the new version.

Templates should work fine on the new version provided the template doesn't have loads of extra features that arnt native to zen, all our templates work without any problems.
