Changing Templates

I am thinking about buying a template,now that I have got some money in the bank ..How easy is it to change template over as I have a fair few ad-dons installed already .Is it just a case of copy the files over & adding the edited files over ,or is there more to it

it depends what mods you've got.
Have a look through the files for the mods you've got installed and see if there are any template specific files and only copy the template specific files over again, ie, if there are any mod files that need to be uploaded to includes/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE or includes/languages/english/YOUR_TEMPLATE
then you'll need to upload those files to the new template, apart from that, there isnt anything else you need to do, most mods dont tend to have many template specific files, if any at all.

OK a lot of add ons now but will have a look though those files and see what is in there
since installing the ceon seo I now upload all files at once & have a few few template change names since then
