How do I back up my files and the list of stock on the site in the categories they are in now. If god forbid anything happened and I had to reset the site it would take an age to re do all the categories and redo  the listings?

Is there a one touch button do dar that I can click to re install everything please. :)

the site files are automatically backed up twice a day, you can get into the backup copies if you go into cpanel and clik the r1soft icon.

The database (where all your products and categories are) you can take a full copy of via cpanel phpmyadmin

log into cpanel and click the phpmyadmin icon then on the next page, at the top left hand corner you should see all the databases installed on your site, click on the store database
(usually named somthing like usename_store or username_zencart or somthing, substitute usename for your cpanel username)
then once you have clcked on the right database, then at the top of the page, click export and on the next page click go, this will then save a copy of your database as an sql file on your computer.
To upload and reinstate that database file, you would click import and upload that same sql file, you may need to empty the database before you upload the sql file.

I should point out that it is seriously rare to need to use any backup files.
