Two options are too little because when choosing a shopping cart people usually consider a complex picture. Sure, cost means a lot, people are usually seeking for affordable solutions. Also, functionality matters a lot, open sourse is the best choice for people with some programming knowledge or for everybody who knows that he will need custom works. As for me, I also always read other users' comments about everything - shopping carts, services, whatever because only independent comments and real user experience can give you an objective picture.
