you have a sitemap function on your site, you just need to go into admin > tools > sitemap xml and click the two "here" links, first link builds the site map and the second link alerts the search engines that your sitemap has been updated, job done, no need to submit them anywhere, they'll get crawled by search engines anyway ;)

1. UPLOAD:
/includes/templates/rs-multi/common/tpl_footer_googleanalytics.php
/includes/templates/rs-multi/jscript/jscript_googleanalytics_outgoing.php

2. EDIT:
open the tpl_footer.php file in includes/rs-multi/common/
add this code to the file
Code:
<?php include($template->get_template_dir('tpl_footer_googleanalytics.php',DIR_WS_TEMPLATE$current_page_base,'common'). '/tpl_footer_googleanalytics.php'); ?>

For ex. to the bottom of the tpl_footer.php.
3. Go to Admin->Tools->Install SQL Patches and install install.sql (don't use upload - use copy/paste to install sql unless this gives you an error, then use the upload function to upload the install.sql file )

4. Go to Admin>Configuration>Google Analytics and setting up your Google Analytics configuration;
5. Go to your Google Analytics Settings -> Edit Settings -> Edit Main Website Profile -> E-Commerce Website : Yes

at arround line 47 would be a good spot, look for this:

Code:
<!--eof-banner #5 display -->

and place the line of code directly underneath that,
and above this:

Code:
<?php
// flag_disable_footer
?>

great
