the easiest way to do it would be to install the rss feed mod to your zen cart then use one of the facebook apps to pull content from your site onto facebook, any updates you make on your site will automatically be posted to your facebook page with a facebook rss reader app like the facebook app called social rss or rss graffiti, and facebook have a function to tweet any facebook updates aswell, so really you can do the lot with an rss feed from your zen cart
