have a look at that thread great

if its the new version you've downloaded (which it probably will be) its the files for 1.3.9h you'll need, not the 1.3.9d files as it says in that thread ;)

I too had scary thoughts lolol Seamus guided me though quite well .
Just take it slow make sure of the correct directories and you should be OK as there is no over writing of files which does make it easier

did you add the code into the .htaccess file and change admin to the name of your admin directory in the .htaccess code I posted in that thread?

looks like its more than likely the image handler you installed that is one reason the site is broke,
another reason would be, you have files where they shouldnt be, quite a lot of files in the wrong folders, no doubt from trying to upload mods (like the image handler)

Looks like the easiest way to sort this would be to strip out the whole site and reinstall it from scratch, any other alternative would take too long to do and I'v already spent over an hour picking through your site trying to find the problem (which you are not being charged for)

If you want me to put the site back the way it was when we handed it over to you, let me know and I'll do that for you (no charge for the time spend doing that, this time)

Please dont go wedging mods into the site if you havent researched them properly, quite alot of mods are poorly written or are out of date and cause more problems than they are worth, example being the image handler mods, loads of them are not worth using, hence why the site was installed with an image handler for the product pages that is not a zen cart mod.

give me an hour and it'll be back the way it was ;)

the ceon URI remapping mod is a good one, its coded quite well, so that wouldnt have been the problem, its more likely that the image handler mod has conflicted with somthing, but even then it doesnt explain why the admin is not working at all, neither does it explain the errors in the error logs,

I've not seen a site as broke as that in a while lol and neither have I had a site I couldnt fix within an hour.

not really lol but its not a straight forward mod to install though.

Thats the site back to normal, including the products, I made a copy of the database and images so you havent lost any products at all great

I've installed the ceon mod in for you aswell but you will need to go into your categories and products and get it to generate the urls for you.

Easily done, go into your store admin > catalog > categories/products and click edit (small green icon on the right hand side) on each category, then click save and it will auto generate the new url for that category,
do all your categories first then do the same on each product (click edit, then preview and insert, on the products)

Thats the only problem with the ceon mod, it doesnt auto generate the new urls when you upload a csv, you need to go through the products and categories to get it to do that.

Dont use that image handler again ;) its more trouble than its worth to be honest. I dont really like those image hover mods anyway, I find them annoying when Im browsing a website, best just sorting the image sizes in admin > configuration > images and enlarge all the thumbnails on the site to a decent size, 150px height for most and you can get away with making the thumbnail on the product pages at 250px or 300px
on the product pages there is a decent image handler that will enlarge the product image when clicked on, you dont need an extra image handler for that ;)

<edit to add>

before you install a mod on the site, do a quick google search to see if anyone else has had any problems with it before you use it ;)
