he explained to me the situation regarding undelievered orders and refunds , you may be having trouble with items that have been undelivered but until Mark is refunded by Royal Mail and has confirmation of the undelivered product then he is quite within his rights to withold payment , it is your responsibility to refund your customer as per DSR's , with regards to items being refunded due to being out of stock .. I'm not seeing an issue with that , Mark refunded you as per his T & C's
I did NOT mention refunds if you look at my post properly I am not an idiot I know DSR regs I mentioned lack of communication and none delivery of orders.

I spoke to Mark about 2 of my orders he told me they had been sent then sent paypal refunds for both right after phone call, when i called him again he said they must be out of stock even though his site showed more than 30 of one and 50 of the other.
I was then told by him that he does not deal with the dropship side but didn't tell me who did.
As for communication that is impossible from any contact points on PCD site either by email, contact us or phone. I had to find a number from another site to contact him.
Also if you recall it is not just me as others have contacted me with the same problem.
This is just a little forum compared to the wholesale forums that have remarks worse than mine so please don't come on here saying I am making false accusations.
PS. By the way he also told me he was not taking any new dropship members (or did I imagine that as well)
