Guys guys guys! Help please! I've just today realised my bike insurance has auto renewed itself and I'm now in debt and not expecting ANY money till Wednesday and I need food!! lol I'm holding 10% off sale on my website www.darkboutique.co.uk but I'm running out of ideas on how to promote it. I've done various networking groups on facebook, posted messages on my business page, got my friends to share it and told randomers about it...any other ways you guys can think of? Cheers for any help. I'm so desperate right now :(

Do you know anyone who works in an office? Either ask them to send round an email on your behalf or better still see if you can get a table there for a lunch time and take your stuff with you and or some flyers to hand out. If you don't know anyone, ask at your local council, they sometimes allow sellers in for a lunchtime as do some of the bigger offices and business parks (get out into the car park if you can get permission).

The weekend is nearly here so get out and hawk your wares at the local boot fairs. If you have insurance for a stall speak to your council to see if there is a casual stall open on a weekend market, that's a real gamble as if all the traders turn up you've got out of bed for nowt but it's another avenue.

Print up shed loads of flyers and ask hair salons, beauty shops (not sure what they are called but I'm sure you know what I mean) to post them up in a window or (again) if you can take some goods in either for you or them to sell. Stick the flyers through letterboxes ask a shopping mall if you can hand out leaflets.

Get your mates round, have a whatever it is you sell party!

Bugger, half those ideas I can't do because I failed my driving test last week and live in the middle of no where :( and I've asked the salons but they won't because I sell hair extensions as well.

I'll deffo have a think about the other ideas though!
