Simple Wordpress Advice please

Afternoon All,

As a Wordpress newbie, I am just starting to get to grips with the very basics.  Are there limitations regarding the layouts of pictures?  I have uploaded various pictures to various pages.  The layout as I see it on the 'dashboard' varies from the way it actually appears.  ie  On a page on my dashboard, the pictures are arranged in 1 row of 4 images.  Once I update, then preview, the images on the page appear as a block of 2 x 2 images and they are off to the left.  Is this just me?????  Any advice gratefully accepted.

The Editor isnt limited by the constraints of the layout , your current template will allow 2 thumbnail images side by side , you should be able to center them though using the center icon (you will need to highlight both at once to move them both in line , if you desperately want more than that in a row hteni will have to eitherchange the template  a bit or make the thumbnails smaller .... sometimes it takes a while to get used to the way it all works  ;o)

I am able to highlight 1, but not both at the same time.  And yes, I am one of those people that shouldn't be left alone with a computer

Rainee, I think I love you  ,

On my LBGN page I have 6 images.  I would love them to all be centred on the page please, 3 rows of 2.  On the Seasonal bedding page (which is a baby page of LBGN) I have 4 images and would equally love them to be centred as 2 rows of 2 please.

I do plan on adding more images and to save you having to hire a hitman to travel to Cornwall, is there any way you could please provide, or point me in the direction of Alex proof instructions to allow me to do the same???

I know you are the Queen of Busy so when ever you have a mo.

As usual, sorry for being a bum pain.

That would be fantastic Rainee, thank you.  But only when you have the time. 
I'm actually feeling really proud of what I have learnt and acheived so far, admittidly very slowly but still.
