Ok, so i'm new to trading online and have only been using zen cart for a few moths which i'm finding good for my current business, selling toys from other suppliers.  I also am using wordpress for a training business which to ben honest I prefer using but I get they are doing different things for me at the moment.   However, i'm planning on starting a new business up which involves supplying other toy shops.  i need a site from which I can sell wholesale, hold accounts for individuals etc.   What is the best platform to run this off....?  Would it be best to have another zen cart site or a word press site and buy a 'shop front' etc?  sorry for the lack of technical terms but like I said, this is online selling is totally new to me.

Thanks for any help  great

I'd say zencart , it's easy to add group members and give discounts per user group  .......   that's my personal opinion and what i would opt for if it was my project  :o)

For me it has to be wordpress - it is so adaptable needs far less technical abilty than some of the other carts, you get the bonus of it being a site, Blog and shop all rolled into one.
Once set up it is easy to maintain and update with almost never having to change any of the underlying code. The range of plugins that can be installed in seconds is unsurpassed and the range of free and paid templates is huge.

you just need to make your new image, save it as a jpg and call the file logo.jpg
(would be best to keep the image the same dimentions, it saves doing anything to sort the positioning)
then upload it into your zen cart via FTP into includes/templates/rainbow-purple/images/
and that will overwrite the purple header image with your own ;)

you could always just send your new image to Rainee and she'll upload it for you
(I asked and she nodded ;) )
