One trick i always do before purchasing or signing up is to google the name but add scam in the search box after the name. Unless it is a new scam some one has writen about it in somewhere on the net and you dont get stung.

 This also works for emails just google the sender with scam on the end.

The above is almost certainly a scam
The have copied content on the site from another Chinese wholesaler, the site was only registered 10 days ago, in the footer copyright 2011-2016 -  drunk
