Just as well that it went against DABS, as if it did not, it would have opened the floodgates for retailers to lure customers to their websites with leaflets deliberately advertising cheaper prices.

Yes but ..............
I have seen me getting responses to adverts maybe a year or more later, this means you would need to either state on the leaflet when prices were valid until or put something like "check out website for latest pricing" without putting any prices on the leaflet
