I got a paypal act and made a cart system. Now i am stuck with integration of courier charges with my website. HELP ! eek

Well first off you need to provide a lot more details such as what cart system you are using and what courier so someone may be able to point you in the right direction.

Thank you for your reply. The cart system is part of what paypal offers from its services. I can take up any courier originating from Canada, have not decided on one as yet.

Before you jump in with 2 feet can I suggest you junk what you have done so far and get a proper shopping cart, the paypal offering will do you no favours whatsoever.
There are loads of free shopping carts such as Opencart, Wordpress, Zencart, etc all of which have courier shipping modules and all of them link directly to paypal.
