Which would you prefer to see:

1.  Items marked as sold out

2.  Only those items which are in stock.

I can see the pros and cons for both.

If you can see items which are out of stock then it shows you the range of products sold and the possibility to ask about commissions, but is it just frustrating to see an item that you cannot buy right now.

I think also having items marked as sold out means that I am actually selling things LOL.

What do you think?

If sold out products just vanish from your listings, it'll hurt your SEO, seeing as any links or google searches will bring customers to a 404 page not found instead of the product.
Having the items marked as out of stock and still visible will not harm any SEO work you've done for that product, and it shows potential customers that you have more products and that they are selling.

So in my opinion, best having out of stock products marked as out of stock, and still showing up on your website great
it saves you from having to re-do any SEO work, everytime an item is back in stock

Yeah I would say sold out too ,as at least if it is Zero people can still see what you do offer ,where as if it is out of stock the product doesn't show ,so although it may be oos they might still interested ...well that's my take on it :):)

I always have mine showing as sold out. Make it look good lols  whistle  but my usual custoemers do know I can try and remake them if I can and there is a bit on my page saying I can do commissions of previous beads but can't guarantee exact copies.

Out of stock yes but watch ther is not too many items out of stock probably nothing worse than someone finding repeated searchs as out of stock.
If you can an estimated time til back in stock would look a bit better.
