Advice please

Hi A seller contacted saying they had not receieved item it was a ebay sale. I sent her the tracking no immediately. I have just had a reply that its been delivered to her old address in Spain. Her Spanish address was in the Ebay order, However in her paypal the address is hungary. She did not leave a note in the paypal note section about her new address.. and I just didnt see the other address...whoose at fault?

50/50 for the buyer not flagging it, and you for not checking the confirmed address in paypal...

I had this before xmas with an item i bought, i hadnt realised the address i had sent the seller was my old address even though both were appearing I'll admit as a buyer i bit the bullet and had it resent to me at the correct address.

In the paypal address it says its an unconfirmed address..but think your right 50/50

I should have gone to Spec Savers
