Good afternoon all!!

Just wondering if you could offer some advice? I own a shop in Finland and want to expand the business by opening a web shop. I'm not happy with the companies I've spoken to so far in Finland and am considering employing somebody in the UK for the job. I'm a little concerned about server side management etc. Has anyone had any experience of a similar situation, is it common practice to employ a web designer from another country? Can anybody recommend a good firm for the job?

I would really it appreciate if you could offer any advice.

Should be no problem in using a UK company for the job, there can be security issues in using East European and or Indian offshore labour but not came across anything in the UK
Server side of things I can assist with, we have over 17 years hosting experience and can pass you on to competent designers for your project or we can be a single point of contact for the whole project.
