The newsletter program should be windows based and it should be possible to let customers unsubscribe via

a peronalised link on our website (this link is to be sent in the mailing as an unsubscribe link).
Note: I do not mean a mailto: link which opens the customers emailing program... 
I want to install some html or php script (should be part of the software package)  on our website which

then triggers the unsubscription.
