Dear Government, Thank you for my 11 years of education, plus my higher education, my countless qualifications. Also thank you for totally disregarding these when I don't have a job. Thank you for re-testing my BASIC maths and english, despite having high grade GCSE and A Level maths and english qualifications through your own system. Now thank you also for today teaching me VERY BASIC computer skills, despite my college and university qualifications above and beyond this. This has been most UNHELPFUL to my life, career and time. PS. Teaching someone to use a keyboard and mouse using a computer based course ... FAIL! If they didn't know how to, they wouldn't be able to click "continue" or enter their details in order to do the course! The second FAIL is teaching someone to fill out internet forms, when they've just filled one in to register for the ONLINE course and test! Sincerely, Ali
