ok if anyone set's up a tax rate for any reason then want to delete it but after you have deleted it it is still adding tax (just like i had) then this is what do do:
log into your cpanel
http://yourdomain.com/cpanel then click on phpmyadmin which is the third section from the bottom of the page in the database section, once you click on phpmyadmin, on the left hand side click on ********_store(97) this is your database for the zencart
if you scroll down to the bottom of the page after clicking on ********_store(97) you should see tax_rates which is sixth from the bottom, click on the browse icon which is the first icon in the row (there are six icons in a row in the centre of the page)
it will then show you all the entries in the tax_rates section, its then just a mater of deleting the tax rates that you dont need, Im guessing that will be all of them.
That should remove the tax classes and let you set the store up the way you want without getting the warning error again.
