Ok i am now pulling my hair out trying to get google checkout to use any type of shipping, nothing seems to work.

I have used the shipping generator tool and replaced the shipping_methods.php file with what was generated and set values in the options screen but still nothing works.
Why cant it just use the store shipping same as paypal express..........

I was told google checkout needs SSL to work if this helps
