For the past 17 years I have traded as a sole trader in my main business however due to growth it was time to look at moving to a Limited company
In that time I have traded as "Alba Trading" but low and behold the Scottish executive doesnt want to allow me to use the word Alba in my company name so I have registered Nalbin Ltd ( which is Manx gaelic for Scotland - I just like screwing with the system

)
Overall from the 1st of May billing will be changing to Nalbin ltd - Scotserve.co.uk will remain as the primary site for the company, nothing else changes, same business ethics, same people it is an administrative change only, although there is a new bank account and anyone paying by BACS will be sent new payment details - the current banking will stay in place for a few months till everything is changed over.
