I made a set for Fiona on here last week and she seemed pleased with them - I will be offering a service on this in the near future - however if you would like to make a small dontation to my favourite charity I will create a set speciifically for your business - please note though I am not legally qualified just have 16 years experience in the business with a good understanding of online commercial law.

Overall you need to make a contract that complies with online trading laws, ties in the Distance selling regulations and contains all the necessary information. You will also need a strong privacy policy as things are changing on this next month.

The worst thing you can do is copy someone elses, it may not suit your business and moreover it may contain mistakes.

Lovely Scotserve people, would you please be able to do the same for me? I'm pretty sure I'm not complying at the moment and obviously would like to but haven't got the time to research it myself at the moment as I have a new baby and not enough hours in a day. I'd be happy to donate to whoever or pay....

Thank you!

Georgie - sorry but I cannot tell you how wrong that domain is - imagine telling someone on the phone or even worse when you are advertising - no one will remember it
Do you also know you dont own it - it is registered to the hosting company

Yes your terms are not up to scratch so same deal as above - I need your name address, trading name, email, if i need anything else I will give you a shout
Earrings are refundable its all about how you package these and whether seals are brocken but without describing the policy you would have to refund
You cannot ask for goods to be returned within 30 days - I would suggest you stick to the notification of return within 7 days which gives you time to sort things out before you have to refund at 30 days.
