Does anyone have a good reccomendation for a company?

I have been told by my insurance company its not worth it for me having business insurance on my car as i will not be covered for lost stock if anything happened I needed a separate in transit insurance which they did not do.

I do not want to get in trouble if **touch wood** anything happened while on the way to a fair or business thing in the car.

TIA

to be honest, I'd be more conserned with being stopped by the police when using my car for business purposes, if your insurance doesnt cover you for that then as far as the police are conserned your car isnt insured properly which could land you in a bit of bother

I've heard of a postman using his car to do his rounds and having it towed because his insurance didnt cover him for using his car for work

All you need is class 1

This is usually just a small addition to a social and domestic policy - I have my motorbike insured class one and cost me an extra tenner

If your current insurer is unwilling or unable then try out a comparison site and select class 1 and see how you get on - but yes if you are travelling while working you need the policy to cover business use £200+ , 6 points and car uplifted aint worth the risk in my books
